1. I will accept checks sent by mail. If you are paying by check I will send your book once the check has cleared. The book cost is $19.95 plus $3.99 for shipping and handling for a total of $23.94. If you are purchasing multiple copies of my book please contact me for shipping rates and an accurate total cost via email.
2. You may make a web purchase of my book via PayPal. PayPal will allow you to use your PayPal account or use your credit/debit card. Paypal will automatically add your shipping and handling to your order along with Colorado state tax should you reside in this wonderful state!
